Need to get rid of my spots for prom?

My prom is friday, and I have spots. I seriously need to clear them up asap. I do wear makeup (only a little because my skin is redder in places) and I will on prom night, but i dont want to have to use everything to cover up my spots, and be constantly in and out the toilets to cover them up. Fast remedies to get rid please? I'm using TCP at the moment, and its good but not fast enough. My skin has gotten used to Clearsil so I that isn't working atm. I aren't going to wear makeup for the days up to the prom, to help my skin that little more, and try to drink as much water as possible. Help please?
