No connection on uTorrent/BitTorrent?

I used uTorrent for downloading things, and suddenly the connection stopped working. I tried many different TCP ports, along with restarting the program. My internet, however, works just fine. I am using Chrome and everything is normal. I deleted uTorrent and decided to try BitTorrent. At first, I had a strong connection, but now it's downloading at 0.0kb/s. Can anyone give me any tips to get the connection back up?
