How to clear up spots and blackheads in two months?

In july im going to france with my school, im 13 and have had spots since i was about 12, ive haven't tried much, but i dont really know what to try. I used clearasil for a while, didnt do much, i tried TCP which stings, but worked kinda, for a little while, now it doesnt do much, so i dont do anything now but wash my face a bit, and any treatments or things i can get that work? I live in the Uk, so no Amercian products because i cant get them.
