Is my head injury that serious?

Ive recently been attacked by 2 people, resulting in a gash and lump on the back-left side of my head. also 2 years ago i was involved in an accident and fractured my skull, on the right side of my head above my ear. ive been looking about head injuries on google and it hasnt really helped, thing is im in cyprus at the moment and its been 2 days since i got attacked, the police dont seem to care and i havnt been to hospital yet, my head hurts to touch but im not dizzy, i havnt been sick, i dont really have much of a headache and i have soaked it with TCP 3 or 4 times to try prevent infection, im blabbering a bit now but i mean ive already fractured my skull before, but i dont have any serious symptoms at all just pain around the area, which is expected of any bump to the head... thanks in advance.
