How to apply what you put into a text box into a label. (Visual Basic 2010 Express)?

For example, you write the statement, "Hey, what's up?", for the text property for the label but there is also a text box which you put your name in which will put it's self into the phrase once you hit Ok, Enter, whatever. So then I'd want the sentence to be Hey Amanda, what's up?" Thanks Very much, I'm just learning VB and it's on an online course so concepts are less easy to understand.
