In my TCP/IP Settings there is no spot that I can see, for port #. Where does this go?

In my netbook I am trying to set up service. I dont see where to put the port #I tried going under wifi, & that just tells me it is on. In the TCP/IP settings it asks for DNS, ALT DNS, WINS, & ALT WINS. I was able to add user & password in diff section. Tried to copy settings in other netbook but wont show. Any suggestions? Oh & I have tried 192.168.0.1 in address.
