I put an earring back in my infected ear?

I would suggest you take earring out everyday, disinfect it, hydrogen peroxide the earring and your ear. If it is painful to put it back on, then leave it out. Piercing may close up due to bleeding with the infection, but best to do that than end up in worse shape. once it heals, watch for any scar tissue growth. You may need to re-pierce.
