I have a piece of skin attached to the bottom of my uvula in my mouth?

on top of that for the last few days I have been having a bit of a sore throat like I am about to get sick. The skin attached my uvula looks normal it just looks like a growth of skin. this happened like a day ago.. wondering what it could be?
