Belkin BoB (IInet's BoB) port forwarding doesnt work.?

I know of a friend who is on his 3rd, BoB from iinet, and now they have "BoB Lite another version minus the VoIP phone. To access BoB it's 10.1.1.1 to configure the router for iinet. My question are you sure apache software is compatible with other software?. I at the moment am having an issue with Arc software and CyberLink software recognising mpg files, apparently there are mpg files and there are mpg files? FileZilla should be ok it is a click n drag file transfer program. My other suggestion would be to contact iinet Tech support on 132258 or support@iinet.net.au ?
